Refund policy
What are our return, refund and exchange procedures?
In order to facilitate the return of your products, we grant you a total period of 7 days from receipt of your order to return your products to us, without the need to notify us of your withdrawal in advance. Our warehouse will accept your return as soon as the postmark proves that you have made your return within the 7 days following receipt of your order.
How do I return an order?
Prior to any return, please send an email to contact.lapartamento@gmail.com to request a return. Once validated, we will send you the return address.
The products you wish to return must be new (the item label must not have been cut off), perfectly packaged and returned in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection.
The return of the product is at the customer's expense, unless the product arrives damaged or broken, in which case we will send you a new product and pay the postage costs.
To return your product:
- Use the carton and packaging in which you received the product.
- Use Colissimo or an equivalent service, at your expense. Drop off your return package at the post office within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges are not possible. You will have to return the order, request a refund and make a new purchase on our site.
When will you be reimbursed?
Once your return has been verified by our services, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
We undertake to refund you the amount corresponding to the product(s) returned, as soon as possible from the date of receipt of your return in our warehouses, or the provision of proof of shipment of your return. Bank processing for refunds may vary depending on the bank, and may take 2 to 3 working days.
Your refund will be made directly to the account linked to the credit card used to pay for your order. You will receive an email confirming your refund once it has been validated by our systems. You can follow the progress of your return directly in your customer area, under the heading “My orders”, or under the heading “Order tracking” if you placed your order as a guest.
